The critical thinking and creativity of the students from El Regato Ikastetxea have once again stood out at the regional level. Several students from the school have been selected as finalists in the Basque Philosophy Olympiad, an educational competition that promotes philosophical reflection, dialogue and argumentation among secondary and high school students.
The final and award ceremony will take place on March 13 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, where the winning works will be announced among finalists from schools across the Basque Country.
On Saturday, February 28, our 1st-year Baccalaureate Technological and 4th-grade Primary students showcased creativity, talent, and teamwork at the First Lego League held at the University of Deusto, an educational benchmark event in Euskadi.
The 17th edition of the First Lego League Euskadi brought together over 205 teams and more than 3,400 students from schools across the region. The day at the University of Deusto gathered all participants to compete, present projects, and test their robots before expert juries.

Our 3rd Grade Primary students took part in an activity organized by the Department of Cohesion and Diversity Management of Barakaldo City Council. The initiative aimed to help students reflect on what bullying is and how it affects everyone within the educational community.
